Georgia residents can either directly invest in equity offerings or, depending on the type of campaign, donate funds in exchange for a reward.
Folks outside of Georgia can only participate in rewards campaigns. For important legal reasons, investment offerings are restricted to Georgia residents.
To access investment offerings, please sign up and confirm that you are a Georgia resident. Once you satisfy our rigorous residency test (hint: the state bird is a Brown Thrasher), you are free to browse the local businesses in need of capital. View the pertinent information available for each business, ask questions and arrange to meet the management team in person to determine whether the offering is right for you.
If you decide to invest, you will transfer funds using an FDIC-insured bank account created through our trusted payment partner, BancBox. Through the BancBox process, you will be able to transfer funds directly from your bank account to an escrow account where your money will sit until the offering reaches the targeted amount. You will also have an opportunity to review and e-sign the offering documents associated with the deal.
Once the target amount is met, the investment offering will be finalized, and you will receive documents reflecting your ownership in the company. If the campaign fails to reach its equity funding target, your investment will be returned to you at no charge.

Start by filling out our application. We charge a Campaign Application Fee of $50 to review your application. If it is approved, we’ll ask you to pay $500 to cover the administrative cost of conducting due diligence on you and your business. If you don’t sound the fraud alarm, you will be approved to begin building your campaign. We charge an upfront listing fee in an amount to be determined to list your campaign on our site. We do not take a back-end success fee once your target amount is met. For rewards/donations offerings, we charge a back-end success fee of 8% of any amounts raised.
